Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Eligibility:

• Returns are accepted within 24 hours of the delivery date.
• Returns will only be accepted for damaged or incorrect products delivered. 
• To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. 

Return Process:

• Customers must contact Forever Youths to initiate the return process.
• A return authorization and shipping instructions will be provided.
• Refunds will be issued in the form of store credits upon receipt and inspection of the returned products.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.
